According to the Labor Code, a holiday falling on a non-Sunday day reduces working hours, so employers are obligated to provide another day off in lieu. In practice, you get one extra day added to your pay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Secondly, four days off taken on December 28, 29, 30, and 31 combine the holidays with the New Year into a continuous block from December 25 to January 3. The city also provides <a href=\"https:\/\/turystyczna.szklarskaporeba.pl\/strona\/kamery\">webcams<\/a>, which show the conditions in the center and in the mountains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cross-country skiing.<\/strong> Jakuszyce is part of Szklarska Por\u0119ba and one of the most important cross-country skiing centers in Poland. It is here that the competition has been held for half a century. <a href=\"https:\/\/bieg-piastow.pl\/\">Piast Race<\/a>, the largest cross-country skiing event in the country - the 51st edition is scheduled for February 13, 2027, and registration opens on October 9, 2026.
