Frequently asked questions

Yes, we welcome dogs and cats in all our properties. There is a 150 PLN fee for the entire stay. Please indicate your pet's presence when booking.
No - Stone Hill guests enjoy free use of the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. Hours: During summer, holidays, and weekends, pool 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM, sauna 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM; other days, pool 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM, sauna 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM. Reservations are required during high season. Belle View guests enjoy free access to the sauna, jacuzzi, and graduation tower (10:00 AM - 9:00 PM). Golden Horizon guests have a full spa area with indoor and outdoor pools (10:00 AM - 10:00 PM).
At select properties, we offer remote check-in—we'll send you a link and access code before your arrival. Our office is open daily 9am–6pm: +48 798 30 69 69.

Pietkiewiczówka (a 5-minute walk from Stone Hill) and SkiArena Szrenica (a 12-minute walk from the center). There's a ski area in Stone Hill. Just across the border, Pec pod Sněžkou and Harrachov in the Czech Republic are about 30–40 minutes away by car.
Kamieńczyk Waterfall (the highest in the Sudetes, a 25-minute walk), Szklarka Waterfall (3.5 km), Szrenica with a panorama of the Karkonosze Mountains, Dinopark (3.2 km), Trollandia Rope Park (700 m), Esplanade (1 km), Sky Walk in Świeradów-Zdrój (30 km).
