The swimming pool is available to guests of the apartments located at 8 Kilińskiego Street. Guests can also use the sauna and jacuzzi located in the SPA area.

Guests of the Mariental Residence apartments at ul. Caritas 2A and 2B can use the sauna area:
- Self-service sauna zone (i.e. unattended)
- in the Caritas 2A building there is a dry sauna for 5-6 people and an infrared sauna for 2 people
- in the Caritas 2B building there is a dry sauna and an infrared sauna for 5-6 people
 - the area has 4 loungers for relaxation and a shower.
