Terms and conditions of reservation and guest service at Good Time Apartments on the website: www.apartamentygoodtime.eu

Before making a reservation at Good Time Apartments please read this Regulations and accept its content. Company Good Time Apartments introduces this Statute, implementing the provisions of Article 8.1.1 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1030 as amended.).

§1. [Definitions]

The following words and phrases, when capitalized, shall have the meanings defined below:

  1. Good Time Apartments - A limited liability company under the name Apartamenty Good Time II with its registered office in Szklarska Poręba, at ul. Jana Kilińskiego 17A/34, entered into the National Court Register under number 0001199901, Tax Identification Number (NIP) 6112845912; Service Provider within the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1030).
  2. Guest – a natural person who is a party to an agreement for the provision of accommodation services concluded with Apartamenty Good Time and is obliged to comply with these Regulations; Service Recipient within the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1030).
  3. Service – the website of Apartamenty Good Time, available at: www.apartamentygoodtime.eu. The operator of the Website is the limited liability company described in point 1 of the Definitions;
  4. Apartments – premises intended for short-term rental, entered into the register of facilities providing hotel services – in the category of facilities that are not hotel facilities, [in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on tourist services, i.e. Journal of Laws of 2011, item 432], described on the Website, managed by Good Time Apartments under separate agreements concluded with the owners of the premises, varied in terms of equipment, location, number of beds, types of beds and availability of parking or Wi-Fi; The offered premises show signs of current wear and tear due to their intended use for tourist rental;
  5. Photos - Illustrative photographs posted on the Good Time Apartments Website, taken upon the property's management. The photographs do not show signs of wear and tear, scratches, scuffs, changes to furnishings that are irrelevant to the accommodation service, or other signs of normal use. The condition of the property may differ slightly from the photos presented in the Good Time Apartments offer;
  6. Apartment lease agreement – short-term rental agreement concluded between Good Time Apartments and Guests upon receipt by the Guests of a booking confirmation under the terms and conditions specified in these Regulations, to which the Act of 21 June 2001 on the protection of tenants’ rights and municipal housing resources does not apply (Art. 2.1. point 4 of the Act, i.e. Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1610)
  7. Parking space – a free parking space for one passenger car assigned to a given Apartment, designated in the parking lot or garage, individually indicated in the Apartment description. Parking Spaces assigned to the Apartment are located in areas managed by Housing Communities, organizationally and legally independent of Good Time Apartments. Therefore, Parking Spaces, despite being designated, are not guaranteed by Good Time Apartments and are not included in the price of the Accommodation Service;
  8. Mass media – Television and internet (Wi-Fi) signals are provided free of charge in selected Apartments, individually indicated in their descriptions, and generally available. The media are broadcast by external providers who are organizationally and legally independent of Good Time Apartments. Therefore, the media, despite being indicated, are not guaranteed by Good Time Apartments and are not included in the price of the accommodation service;
  9. Registration procedure - a set of activities to be performed by Guests at the designated service desk, including: presenting a valid ID, completing the registration card legibly and manually, confirming that they have read the Regulations, and paying the remaining fee. Failure to comply with the Registration Procedure by Guests prevents Good Time Apartments from providing accommodation services. If Guests refuse to comply with the Registration Procedure, the reservation will be canceled and the deposit will not be refunded;
  10. Accommodation - the designated duration of the Guests' stay in the Apartment, starting at 3 p.m. on the first day of the booked period and ending at 11 a.m. on the last day of the booked period
  11. Accommodation service - a service provided by Good Time Apartments to Guests, consisting of providing accommodation in a selected Apartment. The accommodation service does not include access to media outlets or a parking space, meaning that the lack of access to media outlets or a parking space does not affect the quality and correctness of the accommodation service provided;
  12. Accommodation service costs - the fee paid by Guests for the Accommodation Service in the Apartment, calculated without access to the Media and the Parking Space;
  13. One-time service costs - a one-time fee paid by guests for the one-time provision of bed linen, towels, hygiene products, cleaning products and kitchen equipment as part of the so-called starter package, as well as one-time cleaning and reservation processing during each stay;
  14. Deposit - an optional fee charged as indicated by Good Time Apartments, serving to secure any claims in the event of damage caused by Guests;
  15. Local tax - a fee collected from Guests in accordance with the currently applicable Resolutions of the City Council, regarding the introduction and determination of the local tax rate, its payment deadlines and the method of its collection;
  16. Platform operating costs – a fee paid to Good Time Apartments by Guests making reservations on paid platforms (outside the Good Time Apartments Website), each time added to the price of the reservation on the platform;
  17. Reservation form – an online form available on the Website, used to book hotel services online;
  18. Electronic address – designation of an IT system enabling communication via electronic means, in particular e-mail;
  19. ICT system – a set of cooperating IT devices and software, ensuring the processing, storage, sending and receiving of data via telecommunications networks, within the meaning of the Act of 16 July 2004 – Telecommunications Law (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 243);
  20. Online booking – reservation of hotel services made in the ICT System;
  21. Telephone reservation – reservations for hotel services are made by Good Time Apartments at the Guest's request, expressed verbally over the phone. Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of the reservation terms and conditions described in the Terms and Conditions;
  22. Higher power - an external event, unforeseeable and unpreventable, including in particular: natural phenomena and cataclysms, strikes, wars and riots, as well as deprivation of the Apartment by the supplier of electricity, gas, heating energy, water, television signal, Wi-Fi/Internet, as well as the occurrence of breakdowns and faults for which Good Time Apartments is not responsible. Following the announcement of the COVID-19 pandemic by the World Health Organization, the exceptional circumstances policy no longer applies, as COVID-19 and the consequences of the disease are no longer unforeseen or unexpected.
  23. Providing services electronically – performance of a service provided remotely without the simultaneous presence of the parties, by transmitting data via the IT system;
  24. Breakfast box - Breakfast set including: dairy products, cottage cheese, vanilla cottage cheese, cream, natural yogurt, cheeses (yellow, cottage cheese, processed), bread (wheat, rye, crispbread), cold cuts (ham, poultry tenderloin, other pork and poultry cold cuts), fresh vegetables (tomato, cucumber, pepper, radish, lettuce, arugula, corn salad, chives, parsley, dill), fresh fruit (strawberries, bananas, apples, pears, grapes, oranges), toppings: butter, eggs, sweet yeast pastries, honey mustard sauce, mustard mayonnaise sauce, chili mayonnaise sauce, nuts. Products may vary depending on the season and availability. The contents of Breakfast Boxes are composed daily, taking into account product availability and current purchasing conditions.

§ 2. [General booking conditions]

  1. Good Time Apartments provide services to Guests to the extent and under the conditions specified in Regulations.
  2. Guests are obliged to comply Regulations.
  3. Online booking Guests book accommodation services by completing the steps recommended by the reservation system. These steps include:
  1. completing the Reservation Form, indicating the selected Apartment, date of stay, number of people, as well as contact details such as name, surname, e-mail address, mobile phone number,
  2. submitting a declaration (by checking the appropriate box in the Reservation Form) about having read and accepted the Regulations,
  3. submitting a declaration (by checking the appropriate box in the Reservation Form) of consent or lack of consent to receive commercial information electronically,
  4. selecting the book option in the Reservation Form.
  1. Immediately after making Online booking, Good Time Apartments send a booking confirmation to the email address provided in the Reservation Form, indicating: the booking number, the name and surname of the person making the booking, the length of stay, the selected Apartment, costs of selected services and payment terms.
  2. The reservation is deemed confirmed after payment of a deposit in an amount consistent with the current reservation conditions.
  3. The payment card operator is PayPro SA Settlement Agent, ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court of Poznań Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000347935, NIP (Tax Identification Number) 7792369887, REGON (National Business Registry Number) 301345068.

§ 3. [Arrival and Departure Policy]

  1. Good Time Apartments they carry out Registration Procedure on the principles described in Regulations.
  2. Registration Procedure is performed at the times indicated in the booking confirmation, taking into account office opening hours.
  3. Arrival Guest after office hours is possible only after making prior, individual arrangements in this regard.
  4. Failure to report Guest down Registration procedures during office hours, in the absence of individual arrangements in this respect, will result in the cancellation of the reservation, including the loss of the deposit.
  5. By individual arrangements, Guest, with consent Good Time Apartments may skip Registration procedure at the designated office. In such a case, Guest receives the keys to Apartment from the locker provided to him, after completing the electronic registration card and making full payment in advance for the accommodation costs and one-off service costs.
  6. After your stay Guest is obliged to return the keys down Apartment in the designated office or locker, until the time specified in the booking conditions. Any deviations in the return of keys and failure to comply with previously agreed arrangements will be charged to the Guest, who is responsible for the property entrusted to him.
  7. Leaving Apartment, Guest is absolutely obliged to close windows, balcony doors, turn off the water in the taps, turn off the lights and lock the entrance door. Guest is fully liable for any damage resulting from failure to comply with the above obligations.
  8. In case of not leaving Apartment by Guest until the time indicated in the booking conditions Guest is obliged to pay a contractual penalty in the amount equivalent to half of the cost of the last night of accommodation in a given Apartment.
  9. If there is a delay in returning the keys to Apartment exceeds 2 clock hours Guest is obliged to pay a contractual penalty in the amount equivalent to the full costs of the last Accommodation in a given Apartment.
  10. To secure any possible claims for compensation Good Time Apartments they can charge from Guests Deposit. Deposit it is interest-free and refundable upon check-out Guests and checking the status Apartment, but no later than 10 working days after check-out.

§ 4. [Provision of accommodation services]

  1. Accommodation service provided by Good Time Apartments does not include additional cleaning, additional change of bed linen and towels, additional equipment Apartment with extra beds, beds, cots and others not mentioned in the description Apartment.
  2. Apartments, apart from the so-called starter package, they are not supplied with hygiene and sanitary products, cleaning and household products, or firewood.
  3. W Apartment they can stay overnight Guests in the amount specified in the reservation. Overnight stays are prohibited. Guests in an amount greater than specified in Service maximum number of beds.
  4. In the event that, contrary to the terms and conditions of the reservation, Apartment they will come Guests in numbers exceeding the maximum number of beds, Good Time Apartments has the right to refuse to accommodate additional persons or to accommodate them for an additional fee, payable in advance on the first day of stay.
  5. In case of unlawful overnight stay of other persons not included in the reservation, for each day booked by Guest a fee of PLN 500 per day will be added for each additional unregistered person.
  6. Guests are obliged to comply with the regulations established by the Housing Communities operating within the location Apartment, as well as compliance with parking and traffic regulations on internal roads, nighttime quiet hours, occupational health and safety regulations, and fire protection regulations. Behavior that disrupts residents' recreation is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
  7. Guest is obliged to use Apartment in accordance with its intended purpose and returning it in an unchanged state. It is prohibited to remove it from Apartment any furnishings and decorations, rearranging furniture, or making repairs on your own. In the event of a breach of these rules, the Guest will be obligated to cover the costs of bringing Apartment to the state on the day of arrival.
  8. If dirt is left in excess of standard wear and tear Apartment, Guests will be obliged to bear the costs of their removal.
  9. Guests it is forbidden to donate Apartment in subletting it and transferring it to third parties, copying the keys given to him for the duration of his stay Apartment.
  10. In case of loss or destruction of keys Guest is obliged to pay a contractual penalty of PLN 500.
  11. W Apartments Smoking is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with the ban will result in Guest is obliged to pay a contractual penalty of PLN 500.
  12. In the event of items being left in the Apartment, Guest they will be sent back at his expense. Guest is obliged to provide via e-mail: name, surname and business name Apartment or the reservation number, as well as a description of the item left behind. All formalities and costs related to the return of the item are the responsibility of the Guest.
  13. As a rule in Apartments It is forbidden to bring animals, under penalty of a fine of PLN 500, unless otherwise agreed individually with A guest.
  14. If you are staying with a dog, it is strictly forbidden to leave the dog unattended in the property. Apartment. Failure to comply with the above will result in a charge being added to your bill. Guest additional costs in the amount of PLN 500.
  15. In the event of a flagrant, hooliganistic violation of the rules set out in this Regulations, Good Time Apartments has the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect and to remove Guest together with the persons accompanying him Apartment.
  16. Guest is responsible for Apartment as well as the property entrusted to him located in Apartment. In the event of damage caused by Guest he will be obligated to repair it in full. The cost of the repair will be estimated based on market prices.
  17. The swimming pool area and SPA located in Szklarska Poręba at 8B Kilińskiego Street on level -1 (STONEHILL RESORT) are available only to Guests staying overnight in the buildings at 8 - 8C Kilińskiego Street in Szklarska Poręba.
  18. Guest is obliged to maintain order and comply with safety rules and regulations valid in the SPA and swimming pool area.
  19. It is forbidden to take towels belonging to the guest out of the apartment. Good Time Apartments under penalty of a financial penalty of PLN 500.
  20. Guest When using the swimming pool and SPA area, you are required to use private towels.
  21. In the event of reporting a fault in the form of a clogged drain or other fault related to the incorrect functioning of the drain or water and sewage network, or a water leak, the Good Time Apartments staff has the right to enter the apartment with a technical employee even in the absence of the guest.   22. In the event of a summons by Guest technical service to check the reported fault, which is not confirmed as a defect of the apartment or its equipment, and results from improper use by Guest or lack of knowledge about how to use the devices, Guest will be charged for the service intervention. The cost of such intervention is PLN 150 and will be added to the invoice. Guest. 

§ 5. [Change of date, shortening of stay, cancellation, withdrawal from the contract, absence]

  1. The cancellation or change policy depends on the selected rate. When making a reservation Guest is obliged to carefully read the cancellation policy indicated in Service or other booking platform.
  2. In case of shortening your stay in Good Time Apartments After paying the deposit, the amount paid is non-refundable.
  3. Failure to pay the deposit within the time specified in the booking confirmation will result in the booking being cancelled.
  4. Good Time Apartments they notify Guest about the cancellation of the reservation process, immediately after the unsuccessful expiry of the deadline for payment of the deposit, by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address provided by phone.
  5. A cancelled reservation can be reinstated upon request. Guest subject to availability of the selected Apartment.
  6. Despite the lack of cancellation of the reservation by Guest, who paid the deposit within the time specified in the booking confirmation, in a situation where Guest does not report to Good Time Apartments during office hours on the day of the planned start of the stay, the reservation is cancelled for reasons attributable to Guest, and the deposit amount paid is non-refundable. In such a situation, Apartment is released in the system for further sale, regardless of the number of days covered by the deposit paid.
  7. Guests there is no right to withdraw from the hotel service reservation agreement, in accordance with Article 38, point 12 of the Consumer Rights Act (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827)
  8. In case of occurrence Force majeure, making it impossible to carry out the work carried out by Guest reservation, Good Time Apartments subject to availability Apartments propose a change of date or another Apartment of a similar standard and price, and if the replacement was not possible within the specified period, Good Time Apartments withdraw from the contract and refund the deposit amount paid.

§ 6. [Ordering and providing breakfast catering services]

  1. Delivery service Breakfast boxes is carried out by an external catering company with which Good Time Apartments they cooperate.
  2. Order breakfast via Guest constitutes acceptance of these regulations.
  3. Breakfast box must be ordered no later than 12:00 on the day before delivery, by phone or email.
  4. The minimum order is Breakfast box for two people.
  5. Breakfast boxes are delivered directly to the apartment guests between 7:30 and 8:30. in the form of individually packed sets, in accordance with sanitary guidelines.
  6. Exact delivery time may vary slightly depending on order volume and location. Apartments.
  7. Cost Breakfast box is not included in the accommodation price, unless expressly stated otherwise in the offer.
  8. Payment for Breakfast box is made in advance – via bank transfer, BLIK, cash or another method agreed with the staff.
  9. In the absence of payment, the order will not be processed.
  10. It is not possible to change or cancel an order unless expressly stated otherwise in the offer.
  11. If the Breakfast Box is not collected, the order is considered completed and the payment is non-refundable.
  12. Any comments regarding quality Breakfast box should be reported immediately to the staff Good Time Apartments or directly to the contact number provided.
  13. Complaints are considered individually within 30 business days.
  14. Good Time Apartments are not responsible for the actions of the catering company, but will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction Guest.
  15. Good Time Apartments reserve the right to change the menu and breakfast prices depending on product availability and arrangements with the catering company.
  16. Good Time Apartments reserve the right to change these regulations. Changes will take effect on the date of their publication.
  17. Due to the nature of the catering business, Breakfast boxes may contain or come into contact with the following allergens. The following list of ingredients and description of the offer are for illustrative purposes only. Good Time Apartments reserves the right to modify the content. Breakfast boxes depending on the current availability of ingredients and the seasonality of products, while maintaining their quality, freshness and consistency with the general nature of the breakfast offer.

All boxes are prepared in compliance with the highest hygiene standards, however, due to shared kitchen facilities, the presence of traces of allergens cannot be completely ruled out.

§ 7. [Complaints about services]

  1. Staff Good Time Apartments makes every effort to ensure Guests stay in a comfortable and convenient place Apartment and a high standard of service.
  2. If Guest considers that Accommodation service was performed incorrectly, you have the right to file a complaint. When making a reservation Guest consents to the complaint procedure and confirms that he has become familiar with its content.
  3. Complaint addressed to Good Time Apartments may concern quality and purity Apartment, as well as the service provided by Good Time Apartments.
  4. In accordance with applicable legal provisions, Good Time Apartments are responsible towards Guests for non-performance or improper performance of the Accommodation Service, pursuant to Article 471 of the Civil Code.
  5. Pursuant to Article 471 of the Civil Code, the Guest may request Good Time Apartments compensation for damage resulting from non-performance or improper performance of the service. However, the service provider is obligated to prove that the service was performed improperly and to indicate that this resulted in specific damage to their property.
  6. Pursuant to Article 471 of the Civil Code Good Time Apartments are liable for damage only if it results from the fault or omission of the staff Good Time Apartments.
  7. The law excludes liability Good Time Apartments for the actions or omissions of third parties unrelated to the company, to which the staff Good Time Apartments has no influence. In particular, Good Time Apartments are not responsible for the improper behavior of third parties not related to the company who disturb the peace and quiet in the premises, illegally occupy a parking space allocated for Guests, they are blocking a vehicle belonging to Guests of Good Time Apartments in any place or in any other way, make the stay in the selected Apartment difficult or unpleasant. Such exclusion of liability is not the result of bad faith or negligence.   8. Guests of Good Time Apartments they can file a complaint in traditional written form by submitting a letter to the nearest office or by e-mail to kontakt@apartamentygoodtime.eu
  9. In the case of accommodation services provided by uncategorized facilities, which include: Good Time Apartments, the rules and deadlines for complaints are not specifically regulated in the applicable legal provisions. For these reasons, the complaints procedure approved and accepted by Guests w Regulations before making a reservation is binding and must be adhered to.
  10. Complaints regarding accommodation defects such as breakdowns, damage, or non-compliance with the reservation should be reported immediately after they are discovered, but no later than by the end of the stay.
  11. Complaints regarding cleanliness should be reported immediately upon discovery, no later than 2 hours after arrival.
  12. If Guest dissatisfied with the service provided to him, he does not file a complaint within the time limit specified by Good Time Apartments deadline, retains the right to submit it at a later date, but Good Time Apartments recognize to their disadvantage Guest complaints whose validity cannot be verified in any way.
  13. Made by Guest photos indicating irregularities in the state of cleanliness in Apartment are considered evidence in the case if attached to a complaint filed immediately after check-in. Photos revealed after a few days' stay Guest cannot be conclusive in determining the state of cleanliness found upon arrival at the Apartment.
  14. In case of notification by Guest complaints due to inadequate cleanliness in Apartment, Good Time Apartments reserve the right to immediately remove any irregularities, in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code, by carrying out further cleaning. Guest is obliged to participate in the complaint procedure in person, and in particular is obliged to allow the staff access to the premises rented to him Apartment, in order to determine the validity of the complaint.
  15. In case Guest will prevent staff Good Time Apartments make corrections and will oppose the entry of service and cleaning services Apartment, his claims for financial compensation will be considered to his detriment.
  16. In case of notification by Guest complaints due to technical defects revealed in Guest Apartment has the right to demand their free, proper and timely removal, in particular the replacement of defective or supplementation of minor equipment Apartment.
  17. If it is impossible to remove technical faults in the Apartment due to a failure of the heating system, electricity, water, etc., Good Time Apartments, if there is such a possibility, they will offer To the guest other Apartment for the purpose of exchange.
  18. If it is not possible to change Apartment For Guest, in the situation described in the preceding point, upon mutual consent the Guest may decide to stay in Apartment despite its defects, in exchange for a price reduction in proportion to the degree of inconvenience of the stay or Guest may withdraw from the contract and demand a refund of the price paid.
  19. Due to the improper performance of the contract by Good Time Guest Apartments has the right to demand financial compensation. This right applies if:
  1. ordered by Guest Apartment has technical defects that cannot be removed, it is not possible to change it Apartment, and Guest Knowing the level of inconvenience, the traveler consciously decides to stay. In such a situation, the parties mutually determine the amount of compensation, depending on the level of inconvenience and its duration in relation to the entire stay. Guest.
  1. There is no right to financial compensation if:
  1. the revealed defects and irregularities were removed immediately after they were reported;
  2. contrary to the terms of the accepted regulations, the Guest prevented the staff from Good Time Apartments removing irregularities or verifying them;
  3. The guest refused to change Apartment for another one free from defects, consciously and voluntarily remained in the defective Apartment, despite the offer made by Good Time Apartments;
  4. the existing difficulties, e.g. in the supply of water, electricity, gas, heating energy, electricity, TV, Internet, Wi-Fi, are not due to reasons attributable to Apartment but result from the activities of other, external operators, including Water and Sewage Plants, Power and Gas Plants, city government units or Internet and TV signal providers.
  5. indicated by Guest any discrepancies or defects are solely a subjective assessment of the attractiveness of the premises and do not in any way hinder the use of the accommodation service in the Apartment, including but not limited to visible scratches, slight discolorations or stains, missing skirting boards, missing equipment or furniture that was in the illustrative photo Apartment, if it does not affect the comfort and possibility of providing the Accommodation Service and traces of wear resulting from use Apartment for tourist rentals;
  6. dirt and grime were revealed as a result of special, specific efforts undertaken by Guests in places that are inaccessible during normal, standard use of the premises, e.g. traces of dust in places after moving corners, sofas or chests of drawers, which cannot be moved by the cleaning person on their own, on the tops of kitchen furniture, revealed after moving skirting boards, in drains or in other places requiring special effort on the part of the person cleaning Guest, if the circumstances and the manner of obtaining them clearly indicate that the actions taken by Guest were directed at a pre-planned request for a price reduction.
  1. It is not possible to withdraw from the contract or request compensation for a minor defect, such as a scratched refrigerator door, scratch marks on the door frame or door, or other defects that are purely aesthetic and not functional. The significance of the defect should be analyzed taking into account its significance for the intended use. Apartment and the purpose for which the Guest rented the Accommodation Service.
  2. In case Good Time Apartments after a thorough analysis of the validity of the complaint submitted by the Guest, they will not take into account his claims and the Guest will not share the arguments Good Time Apartments expressed in the refusal to accept the complaint, may refer the case to court. In such a case, the obligation to prove that in connection with the improper performance of the contract by Good Time Guest Apartments suffered damage that is related (has a causal relationship) to the improper operation Good Time Apartments, rests on Guest demanding payment of compensation. Thus, this Guest must demonstrate that the state and conditions in Apartment were inconsistent with the concluded contract and that these conditions were bad and prevented him from using the Accommodation Service in Apartment.
  3. Submission by Guest a complaint does not exempt him from paying for the used part of the Accommodation Service already provided by Good Time Apartments.
  4. Good Time Apartments will respond to the complaint received from the Guest and inform him about the method of its consideration in writing or via e-mail.
  5. Good Time Apartments they will give To the guest respond to the complaint within 30 days of its receipt, unless separate provisions provide otherwise.
  6. The response to the complaint will include:
  1. factual and legal justification, unless the nature of the allegations does not require it,
  2. information about the reported problem, indicating the relevant parts of the contract or regulations in force on the premises, unless the nature of the allegations does not require it,
  3. indication of the person providing the answer.
  1. Payment of a financial claim or other compensation to Guest takes place immediately, but no later than 30 days from the date the complaint was accepted.
  2. Detailed information on the possibility of using Guest, being a consumer, from out-of-court complaint and redress procedures and the rules of access to these procedures are available at the offices and on the websites of district (municipal) consumer ombudsmen, social organizations whose statutory tasks include consumer protection, Provincial Inspectorates of Trade Inspection and at the following websites of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection: http://www.uokik.gov.pl/spory_konsumenckie.php; http://www.uokik.gov.pl/sprawy_indywidualne.php; http://www.uokik.gov.pl/wazne_adresy.php.
  3. Guest who is a consumer has the following exemplary possibilities of using extrajudicial methods of settling complaints and pursuing claims:
  1. The Guest is entitled to refer the dispute arising from the concluded Agreement to a permanent consumer arbitration court, referred to in Article 37 of the Act of 15 December 2000 on the Trade Inspection; the regulations for the organization and operation of permanent consumer arbitration courts are specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Justice of 6 July 2017 on the regulations for the organization and operation of permanent consumer arbitration courts at the provincial inspectors of trade inspections;
  2. The Guest is entitled to apply to the provincial inspector of the Trade Inspection, in accordance with Article 36 of the Act of 15 December 2000 on the Trade Inspection, with a request to initiate mediation proceedings for the amicable settlement of the dispute between the Guest and Good Time Apartments; information on the rules and procedures of the mediation procedure conducted by the Provincial Inspector of the Trade Inspection is available at the offices and on the websites of the individual Provincial Inspectorates of the Trade Inspection;
  3. The guest can obtain free assistance in resolving a dispute between Guest and Good Time Apartments, also using the free assistance of the district (municipal) consumer ombudsman or a social organization whose statutory tasks include consumer protection (including the Consumer Federation, the Association of Polish Consumers); advice is provided by the Consumer Federation on the toll-free consumer hotline number 800 007 707 and by the Association of Polish Consumers at the email address: porad@dlakonsumentow.pl;
  1. Guest retains the right to bring an action regarding a complaint to a common court, in accordance with applicable law.

§ 8. [Intellectual property rights]

  1. All rights to the content contained on the Website are held by Good Time Apartments or third parties who have given their consent to their dissemination by Good Time Apartments, in particular: texts, logos, graphics, photos, videos, icons, presented on the Website, may not be reproduced or distributed in any form and without prior written consent by Good Time Apartments.
  2. Based on the provisions of the Act of 30 June 2000 - Industrial Property Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 324, as amended), the Patent Office issued a Certificate of Protection for the trademark under number 342779 Good Time Apartments. It is prohibited to use or modify the trademark without written permission. Good Time Apartments.

§ 9. [Tourist Voucher]

  1. The Polish Tourist Voucher is a form of support for families with at least one child and families with children with disabilities. Vouchers are available regardless of income level. The voucher is worth a one-time 500 PLN for each child up to 18 years of age, and a one-time 1,000 PLN for children with a disability certificate.
  2. Payment using the voucher can be made multiple times until the allocated funds are exhausted, but no longer than until September 30, 2022, while the date of stay itself can be set after September 30, 2022.
  3. To use the funds granted under the Polish Tourist Voucher to cover the costs of stay in Good Time Apartments, you must first register on the ZUS Electronic Services Platform (PUE ZUS) and activate the voucher. Registration is possible using a Trusted Profile, a qualified electronic signature, and certain online banking systems. After activating the voucher in the IT system, guests will receive a voucher in the form of a unique 16-digit number, which will be sent to them by PUE ZUS via text message to the provided phone number or email address.
  4. The voucher can only be used to pay for accommodations in apartments marked with the Tourist Voucher symbol. The unique 16-digit voucher number should be presented to the reception staff. Good Time Apartments when paying for the accommodation service, then – enter the payment confirmation code received via SMS at the time of transaction.
  5. Payment by voucher does not exempt Guests from adhering to the cancellation policy in force at the time of booking. This means that in the event of cancellation by Guest The funds accepted for the reservation using the voucher will not be refunded if the cancellation occurs after the free cancellation period has elapsed.
  6. If the cost of accommodation exceeds the value of the voucher, the remaining balance must be paid from your own funds. To complete the payment, please contact the office. Good Time Apartments.
  7. A receipt, bill, or invoice will be issued to the person entitled to the voucher. The Polish Tourist Voucher Act does not require the child's name to be included on the receipt. In the case of partial payment from the voucher and partial payment from own funds, Good Time Apartments will issue a receipt, bill, or invoice for the total amount of the service. For stays paid for using funds awarded in the form of a voucher Good Time Apartments they will not issue an invoice to the company, because the idea of the Polish Tourist Voucher is to provide a service to the child, not the company.


§ 10. [Personal data protection]

Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 EC, we hereby inform you that:

  1. The administrator of personal data is Good Time Apartments II Spółka z o. o., with its registered office in Szklarska Poręba, at Jana Kilińskiego Street 17A/34 [code 58-580], entered into the National Court Register under the number 0001199901, Tax Identification Number (NIP) 611 284 59 12.
  2. Personal data Guests will be processed for the purpose of:
  1. Depending on the consent granted, personal data will be processed for the purpose of marketing own products after the deadlines indicated above, based on the consent granted to the processing of personal data, in accordance with Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a of the GDPR, until the consent is withdrawn.
  2. Guests have the right to demand from Good Time Apartments access to data concerning them, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing and the right to data portability.
  3. Guests have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for personal data protection.
  4. Application by Guests personal data is voluntary, but without indicating them Good Time Apartments they cannot conclude a contract for the provision of services Accommodation services, or entrust Apartment, therefore the ordered service cannot be provided
  5. Personal data Guests are not sold, but have been entrusted under a separate agreement to entities providing reservation systems and are subject to profiling, i.e. automated processing in order to assess and determine personal characteristics or needs of users.
  6. Performances Accommodation services, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the GDPR, for a period no longer than 5 years from the end of the financial year in which the service was provided. In this respect, the data processed include: first and last name, email addresses, telephone numbers, payment card number or bank account number, information on the date of stay, information on accommodation preferences, number of people covered by the order, number and age of children covered by the order, residential addresses, Tax Identification Number (NIP), data required for issuing a VAT invoice, and contact language;
  7. Marketing of own products, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, until an objection is raised, including for the purpose of responding to inquiries sent by email or via the contact form on the website, and in the event of a newsletter subscription. In this respect, the data processed includes: name and surname, email addresses, telephone numbers, and the content of the inquiry;
  8. Documenting the service provided in connection with the obligation arising from the provisions of the Accounting Act and tax law, in accordance with Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c of the GDPR, for a period not longer than 5 years from the end of the financial year in which the service was provided,
  1. Any determination, exercise or defence against claims, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, for the period necessary to achieve the intended purpose.

§ 11. [Rules for the protection of minors in the facility]

  1. The facility applies the principles of protection of minors in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Minors and the internal Minor Protection Policy in force at the facility.
  2. Staff and collaborators are obliged to respond to any situations that may indicate a threat to the safety of a minor, in particular:
    a. physical or psychological violence,
    b. negligence,
    c. leaving the child unattended in a way that endangers his or her safety,
    d. suspicion of sexual abuse,
    e. adult behavior that causes concern or violates the child's boundaries.
  3. If there is a suspicion that a minor may be a victim of violence or other threats:
    a. the employee is obliged to immediately report the situation to the person responsible for safety in the facility,
    b. the responsible person takes action in accordance with the procedure for the protection of minors, including, if necessary, notifying the appropriate services.
  4. Guests of the facility are obliged to:
    a. exercising appropriate care over minors in their care,
    b. ensuring that minors do not stay unsupervised in places that may pose a threat,
    c. respect the safety rules in force in the facility.
  5. The facility prohibits any actions towards minors that violate their dignity, privacy or safety, including:
    a. the use of violence,
    b. leaving children unattended in a way that endangers their health or life,
    c. taking photos or recordings of minors without the consent of their legal guardian,
    d. contacts of a sexual nature or suggestive of sexuality.
  6. Any situations that raise concerns regarding the safety of minors should be reported to the person responsible for safety: President of the Management Board, Vice-President of the Management Board, Reception Manager.
  7. The property reserves the right to refuse to provide services or immediately terminate the stay of a guest who violates the rules for the protection of minors or poses a threat to their safety.

§ 12. [Final provisions]

  1. The content of the Regulations is published on the Website Good Time Apartments.
  2. In matters not regulated in Regulations the following provisions apply:
  1. Act on the provision of services by electronic means – of 18 July 2002 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1030);
  2. Personal Data Protection Act – of 29 August 1997 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2016, item 922);
  3. Civil Code Act – of 23 April 1964 (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 380);
  4. Act on Tourist Services – of 29 August 1997 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2011, item 432);
  5. Act on Consumer Rights – of 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827);
