The residence, once owned by the Zedlitz family and later by the daughter of the Prussian King Frederick William III, is one of the best-preserved and most impressive palaces in the Valley.

The building was rebuilt in the neo-Gothic style in the first half of the 19th century, and its most distinctive features are its four massive corner towers with alcoves. The palace is surrounded by impressive farm buildings and a residential annex. The entire complex is surrounded by a beautiful park. Wojanów is one of the most beautiful and photographically appealing locations on this list. Its fantastic location on the banks of the Bóbr River, with a beautiful courtyard with a circular fountain, a park full of mature trees, and a pond, allows for a multitude of good shots from virtually every angle.
