Death Curve is a section of road from Szklarska Poręba to Świeradów, built at the turn of 1935 and 1937. This extremely dangerous and sharp bend also serves as a vantage point over the Jelenia Góra Valley. Numerous accidents have occurred here in the past, so caution is advised.

Near the bend, on the forested hills there are many rocks worth seeing and a viewpoint, and several Sudetes hiking trails start here.
